Do I have to provide my real information (i.e. name, email, city...)?

You do not have to give us your real name. Actually we recommend that you invent a Username.
As for everything else, you will need to provide your real / valid email address, city and country you live in. Invalid profiles will be deleted respectively won't get activated.
