I moved to Illinois from Kansas last year. Still really haven't found anyone that I click with. I just want to meet somebody cool and down to earth to hang out with, and have fun with. I'm a pretty easy going, up for almost anything type of girl, and a big goofball. I'm not afraid to laugh at myself. I love writing and am currently working on my first novel. I like to read, Douglas Adams is one of my faves. My passion is music. I love writing songs, just wish I could play an instrument to save my life. I also like going to concerts. I've seen Tool, NIN, Lamb of God, Otep, Lacuna Coil, Hatebreed, The Mars Volta, The Pixies, and a few others. Not big on rap and r&b but I'd go see somebody live. I'm kind of a nerd I love comic books, have a huge comic card collection, and like anime. Soul Eater and FLCL being two of my favorites. I also like to just chill out, watch movies or have a beer by the fire. I'm not hard or uber cool. I'm not going to perpetrate the fraud for approval. I have been here for awhile and I have met some great ladies, but I am still looking for friendship. I am 42, living in IL but I am a Southern Girl at heart with having been born and raised in Ga.

I have a good heart, love to laugh, love meeting people, and I will admit, a bit lonely right now. I live in a small town and don't have many friends.
